No the mortgage offer will get uploaded to a system called lms, this allows the solicitor to download it directly. They will also post a copy to you and your solicitor. Your broker will also be emailed a copy☺️0

I havent had anything through the post but broker sent over details and solicitors had acccess via their systems. I dont think I will get anything in post but when I advised that a month ago I was shot down
3 weeks since I got the offer and I have not had anything beyond emails. Which suits me fine!

My MA is fantastic and she had access immediately and sent it over via email. Then I sent it over to solicitors who then confirmed a few days later they have it on their system and then they sent me a copy in the post.0

hey everyone, just looking to see if anyone has recently got their mortgage accepted with similar circumstances,
I am a single application and putting down a 40% deposit on a home, my credit has one default from 1 and a half year ago which has been settled and was for £250 apart from this and a couple of missed payments (day late) on a shopping account from a couple of years ago, everything on my credit file is good and all green ticks on all credit accounts and have no outstanding debt apart from my phone which i pay monthly, so don’t feel my credit should be a an issue, however i am self employed with only 1 year accounts and am worried due to covid they turn me down, i work in the service industry (backdrop/equipment hire, events, balloons, flowers etc) do yous think this will be in the industry that they aren’t lending to, i don’t know if it would make a difference that i am self employed and not employed in the industry therefore not at risk of losing my job? i have still been trading as normal throughout covid and this is shown in my bank statement,
just looking for other opinions as i am over thinking so much, i have had my offer accepted on my dream home and so scared of loosing it
