Thats great. How long from mortgage application to valuation did it take? Our application went in 2 weeks ago and still havent heard a thing. 

Erm, application was submitted last Monday and heard back Friday to say we were good to book the valuation

Not yet, valuation was received and checked on wed, broker said should hear back one to two days so a day of checking my phone tomorrow 😂

Spoke to MA, Bluestone have asked one question from the valuation and we seem to be moving, so hopefully now going for final underwriting.

Spoke to MA, Bluestone have asked one question from the valuation and we seem to be moving, so hopefully now going for final underwriting. 

So got a verbal offer from my MA today, should have written offer within 24 hours.
