Fingers crossed for you, I’m hoping to get written offer today or tomorrow, just waiting on the builder letting me know entry date, looking like 2 weeks time so hoping no major conditions on the mortgage offer so I can get this done and dusted.firsttimebuyers07 said:

Got our valuation report today so fingers crossed final mortgage offer tomorrow or Wednesday! 🤞0

Good luck hope it’s quick, we waited 3 days but Bluestone asked a question about the valuation so think that added some time going back.Housebuyer2022 said:Got our valuation report today so fingers crossed final mortgage offer tomorrow or Wednesday! 🤞0 -

That's Amazing news!! Congratulations. I would assume it depends how long the Conveyancers take with their side of things. Have you exchanged yet?Housebuyer2022 said:Got our mortgage offer today!! So pleased!Anyone know any timeframes from here to moving?! We aren’t in a chain. 🤞

Hello, after numerous failed DIPs due to poor credit, defaults, pay day loans our amazing mortgage broker managed to find us one with Bluestone and quite frankly has pulled off a miracle. Our application was submitted around 2 weeks ago now, after we placed an offer on a property. They have asked for my partners July payslip, which we are now waiting on.In the mean time, the property we are currently renting needs is out by the end of the month. We have found a rolling contract tenancy to tie us over u til (fingers crossed) we receive our mortgage offer and complete with the property we are purchasing. We are now waiting to hear back from Bluestone to whether moving into a new property for short term rolling contract tenancy is going to throw a spanner in the works. We feel sick with worry as it has been so hard to even get to this point, has anyone else been in a similar situation?0

Hi Everyone.Just going through the underwriting process with Bluestone. Hopefully it won’t be long before we have a decision.
Just a quick question - how much am I likely to be charged for the lenders conveyancing fee to arrange the mortgage? My application stated £500 but could be higher? Seems a little excessive considering my conveyancer is doing all the legwork.Would anyone be happy to divulge their fee costs just so I can make a comparison?
Thanks
