We had an email through from our solicitors which had the details from Bluestone for the pre completion call on it. Might be worth asking the solicitors? It's literally a 5 minutes call for everyone who is on the application.Swanseasmith said:
Not had a call from them yet though for pre completionSwanseasmith said:

I think from what my partners employers had to fill out it was....Jessicajessica94 said:Employment references have been sent finally! Does anyone know what questions are asked as partners employer said it was a really long list of questions which needed answering. This is the last thing they needed (apparently!) just waiting now. Congratulations to everyone who have had their offers! Hopefully a positive week.
- my partners name and details (address etc)
- when he started there
- how long his probation was
- the date he passed his probation
- whether he was full/part time/contracted etc...
- wage and hours
and had to be signed by someone in HR.1 -

Hi all. Been reading your comments and following for a while. Congratulations to those who’ve had offers.
We paid for our valuation last Tuesday does anyone know how long it takes for them to book it in. As of Friday the estate agent hadn’t heard anything.0 -
The packager made us fill in a form about timescales saying we understood Bluestone were really busy and no escalation could be made of cases. So I dont think we could do that unfortunately.eje2021 said:
God how frustrating! Fingers crossed you get your update tomorrow and it's good news. Our broker had to seriously push to get us escalated and once escalated we were done in a week. Might be worth suggesting it if the update tomorrow isn't what you want to hear.Jen271626 said:
Hope that's the case for us then and we will hear soon. Was told our next review will be tomoro but no idea what stage we are actually at or when we will get any info.coral_a said:
We’ve had our offer & have never had a hard search! Only several soft searches. Me & my partner both paid for Experian & checked every day! NothingJen271626 said:Brilliant how exciting youl be in your new house before Friday.
Iv now had a further two soft searches done on my credit report on 24th June. Thats two done last week, two on 24th May and two for the initial dip in April. Still no hard search been done. Really fed up waiting for news now.0 -
Case manager thinks our valuation will be this week after asking for one more thing. Apparently we are being escalated as we are on a tight time frame (which was put on us by Bluestone).0

Out of interest, how long has it taken you to get to the valuation point if it does go ahead this week?disneydreamer1985 said:Case manager thinks our valuation will be this week after asking for one more thing.
