Are they seriously going to pull out and go again for the third time and not expect their own vendor to get fed up with them and remarket. They are at it 100%I would love to give her a piece of my mind but I’ve got to keep my gob shut.0

Ours took 12 days from fully submitted but they have asked for more documents before and after underwriting stage and we haven't had a valuation as of yet. They seem to be picking up since reducing their LTV to 75% so hopefully not long for you 🤞Wow 12 days that’s amazing. We submitted on the 28th May.Sent over P60’s on 5th, printed and signed declaration on the 11th. Then they asked for more than 3 months worth bank statements from me (the one with no defaults) 🙈 did that on the 17th and proof of deposit again on Wednesday.
We were fully submitted 27/5 so you won't be far behind I'm sure! 🙂We aren’t with a packager either it’s just a MA from we are money which I randomly found online. I can’t really complain about her as I text her everyday for an update and she probably hates me.Have you booked your valuation in?0 -

No we haven't booked valuation. No update as of today but no news is good news as they say!
It's all so stressful but will be so worth it for everyone on here in the long run.0 -

Broker then came back on 17th and asked for further stuff and said "the lender has asked for"
After that I'd message saying any updates once a week and got nothing. Sometimes no reply at all.
Beginning of June I asked if we could submit the home report to save the valuation being done and save us money. He replied hed submit it and if they accepted we'd be refunded the fees.
Contacted him by WhatsApp and call 11th June for an update and heard nothing.
14th June my solicitor communicated to ask when the application was submitted and where we were at. He messaged me a few hours later and the solicitor that the lender said it was in a queue and its next review was 29th June. And it was submitted 24th May 😱 not heard a thing since.0 -

Realistically you should be ahead of us and at the underwriter/ valuation stage. Hang in there not long left now hopefully.Have you had your valuation yet? Sorry I’m probably asking the same question 100 times. My brain is like a sieve.0 -
