So another threat from the estate agents to say they the vendors are thinking of re-marketing the house.2 days ago bluestone asked for proof of deposit which our MA uploaded. We haven’t heard anything else. As far as I’m aware we are still waiting to go to the underwriter stage.Just a quick question if anyone knows. Was the bluestone link updates to say underwriter stage then you waited for a valuation or was the valuation booking done before the underwriter stage. This has really put me down and ruined my Friday. I feel helpless and hopeless.0

Can you ask your mortgage broker to speak to the estate agent? Its not even been a month for you has it? Even mainstream lenders are taking awhile currently. They are being totally unreasonable. They do the valuation after first underwrite usually. Some people do instruct it early but need to agree that if they don't get the offer they will lose the £300 for valuation but I think some do it when their vendors are getting restless.HS1234 said:So another threat from the estate agents to say they the vendors are thinking of re-marketing the house.2 days ago bluestone asked for proof of deposit which our MA uploaded. Just under a month exactly 4 weeks. I would’ve thought we would hear something as they keep asking for paperwork.Jen271626 said:

The house we are buying fell through with the person before us so there’s a chain and it’s holding up I think that’s why they keep pushing us. It’s just getting ridiculous I just wanna email her back and give her a mouthful but I can’t. 🙈0 -
How long has it taken you guys for it to get to the underwriter stage?0

Ours took 12 days from fully submitted but they have asked for more documents before and after underwriting stage and we haven't had a valuation as of yet. They seem to be picking up since reducing their LTV to 75% so hopefully not long for you 🤞

Congrats to all those getting offers!!!!
we are with Simply , waiting for HTB authorisation to come back currently. Simply have already uploaded and submitted everything to Bluestone and requested a few extra bits which we have already done.
how quickly are simply with everything? We’ve took their solicitor too!
Once HTB comes back would you recommend as advise solicitor to proceed with valuation? It’s a new build (still being built) and site manager says they are quite easy/quick.
thanks everyone0 -
Also its a bit unfair that just because the person before you fell through you are now getting hassle. Are they seriously going to pull out and go again for the third time and not expect their own vendor to get fed up with them and remarket. They are at it 100%0

It’s getting so stressful due to the estate agents pestering every week.Sevendoorsdown said:HS1234 said:How long has it taken you guys for it to get to the underwriter stage?

Then they asked for more than 3 months worth bank statements from me (the one with no defaults) 🙈 did that on the 17th and proof of deposit again on Wednesday.0 -
It's been like getting blood from a stone from our broker. He didn't even tell us we were with underwriters until they asked for more documents. We don't have a packager so it's just him and bluestone which is frustrating when he's our only source of information.HS1234 said:

We were fully submitted 27/5 so you won't be far behind I'm sure! 🙂0
