Iv now had a further two soft searches done on my credit report on 24th June. Thats two done last week, two on 24th May and two for the initial dip in April. Still no hard search been done. Really fed up waiting for news now. 

We’ve had our offer & have never had a hard search! Only several soft searches. Me & my partner both paid for Experian & checked every day! Nothing

We were the same, just waiting not knowing what was going on. Then they came back after weeks & asked for something that they should have asked for at first review (another image of passport as the one they had wasn’t clear enough) so my MA went mad and we were escalated. Or we would have been waiting another 14 days on top of the 40 we had already waited. Then they were happy & valuation was instructed. 

It’s so stressful & you just have no idea what is going on. But hang in there! It’ll happen

Hey, our sellers looking for completion on the 1st which is Thursday our solicitors waiting on confirmation from bluestones that funds will be released on time. Hopefully its possible..

Employment references have been sent finally! Does anyone know what questions are asked as partners employer said it was a really long list of questions which needed answering. This is the last thing they needed (apparently!) just waiting now. Congratulations to everyone who have had their offers! Hopefully a positive week.

God how frustrating! Fingers crossed you get your update tomorrow and it's good news. Our broker had to seriously push to get us escalated and once escalated we were done in a week. Might be worth suggesting it if the update tomorrow isn't what you want to hear.
