Congratulations on those who have had there offers!! 

I’m new to the group so thought I would write down our position. My husbands and I credit isn’t the best. Old CCJ and old defaults. We are top of everything now. We have applied for a Morgage with the help to buy.

DIP 13 may 
hard search 26th may 
The broker said we should here something soon, I’m feeling so nervous as we love the house!!!

It could be anything. They will ask for lots more docs etc. Everyone is different so it’s hard to say. Just trust your MA and good luck

Another Monday - another week. It will be 5 weeks since application for us tomorrow. Apparently we are “nearly” at valuation. So we will see.

We had our valuation on Friday, it’s my birthday on Wednesday so I’m hoping I get a nice present 🤞🏻 Hopefully we are finally in the End Game! 😬
feels like it’s been going on for years!!

So far the wait for valuation being instructed was the hardest for us, we figured if we were going to get declined it would be before that!
