Did you have to declare your interest rate to help to buy?Cosy2020 said:
Ours took 7 weeks exactly. Our solicitors should be prepping for exchange of contracts this week hopefully! We need to get ATE from Help To Buy first.homeownerdreams said:how are those of you using help to buy getting on please? Just looking for some comparison really!0 -
Not that I'm aware of but our affordability is really decent so I'm not worried if we do need to.homeownerdreams said:

My hard search on Experian has just showed up. Was done June 4th. Hoping this is a good sign. (855 is my score I know they don’t use scores but it might just help)0

Yeah I think so too... but I’m just desperate now to get accepted. My life is on hold until I get a decision. So I’m thinking that now I’m fully packaged and they’ve decided to bother with the hard search it’s all going in the right direction. Like surely if they were leaning towards a no they wouldn’t have done a hard search (wishful thinking here) but I absolutely need this house 😊0

We still haven't had a hard search yet either. I literally have no idea what's going on anymore. I really hope you get an answer soon and don't need to wait until month end.Foreverwaiting123 said:Yeah I think so too... but I’m just desperate now to get accepted. We had our hard search on the 7th of June and valuation on 10th of June. And radio silence since, I don’t mind waiting, it’s just the silence that is painful!0
