Not that I'm aware of but our affordability is really decent so I'm not worried if we do need to.

My hard search on Experian has just showed up. Was done June 4th. Hoping this is a good sign. (855 is my score I know they don’t use scores but it might just help)

Yeah they dont even see the score its just you who does. I think its shocking how long yours is taking.

Yeah I think so too... but I’m just desperate now to get accepted. My life is on hold until I get a decision. So I’m thinking that now I’m fully packaged and they’ve decided to bother with the hard search it’s all going in the right direction. Like surely if they were leaning towards a no they wouldn’t have done a hard search (wishful thinking here) but I absolutely need this house 😊

We still haven't had a hard search yet either. I literally have no idea what's going on anymore. I really hope you get an answer soon and don't need to wait until month end.

We had our hard search on the 7th of June and valuation on 10th of June. And radio silence since, I don’t mind waiting, it’s just the silence that is painful!

I haven’t had a search either! We’ve had valuation and just waiting on offer 🤞🏻 I’ve bloody paid for Experian for the last few months too! Lol

My solicitor is now wanting to know what's going on and there is no updates I can give him as my brokers not communicating at all with me.
