So there was no 17 page all they wanted was for us to sign it properly rather than electronically. Realistically they should’ve sent the documents out by post.Jen271626 said:

Request to show proof that we had access to the remaining deposit funds (we were saving towards the deposit) - 14th May
Documents of proof sent - 17th May
Valuation - 1st June
Verbal offer - 11th June 😁
