Congratulations everyone, my application was sent off end of February valuation and credit checks done, however av lost my house and still no offer because it was a new build so they couldn’t wait longer, I decided to hung in there since last week but they came back asking for more documents which they already have.
I have given up now, even when I get the offer the house has been re-marketed and someone else has reserved it. Let me stay in my council flat build my credit and give it a year.Am ready to tell my MA am out, I feel sick, sad and angry. Good luck to everyone.0 -
@Justine9 that’s awful I’m so sorry. That’s taken so long, have you made a complaint to your packager? It sounds as though your application wasn’t packaged correctly. I I hope you’re able to find another home and maybe in a years time you can look at a high street lender?0

Did anyone else just feel like they would never get there but eventually did?0

@Justine9 if you don’t have to spend anymore money I’d see it out til the offer comes, just to satisfy yourself that you can get a mortgage that way you at least know for
next time you definitely can. Sorry you have lost out on your home. I submitted application in March and it’s hard seeing all the people who have applied a month later and already have offers. I know that every case is different etc but I do think a lot of it is down to the packager. Maybe you will fall in love with another house soon and apply again good luck x0 -
I’m still at the feeling I’ll never get there stage.....😜disneydreamer1985 said:Did anyone else just feel like they would never get there but eventually did?1 -
So sorry to hear that try and stay positive. As they say everything happens for a reason. There may be a real reason why it didn’t happen. At least you know what to expect plus the next house that you find might be the one that you will fall in love with.Justine9 said:Congratulations everyone, my application was sent off end of February valuation and credit checks done, however av lost my house and still no offer because it was a new build so they couldn’t wait longer, I decided to hung in there since last week but they came back asking for more documents which they already have.

Thats so rubbish, I'm sorry. Hopefully in a year youl be able to get much better rates somewhere else. Who was your packager?Justine9 said:Congratulations everyone, my application was sent off end of February valuation and credit checks done, however av lost my house and still no offer because it was a new build so they couldn’t wait longer, I decided to hung in there since last week but they came back asking for more documents which they already have.

Same, I sent my broker a WhatsApp yday just asking for an update and had no reply so called and it wasn't answered. Im starting to consider delaying a year also, if my dads needing to withdraw funds from investments end of June anyway I may as well wait a year and get much better rates when things are back to normal a bit hopefully.Foreverwaiting123 said:
