@Foreverwaiting123 hang in there. Hopefully this is the last lot and you’ll hear something positive soon. It will be worth the wait.Foreverwaiting123 said:And they’ve just come back and asked for MORE documents. I’m ready to drop out and give up.1 -
Nightmare, what they needing now? Hopefully this is you at the last hurdle now and they are with the senior underwriter and just need some final bits before signing it off for offer 🤞Foreverwaiting123 said:And they’ve just come back and asked for MORE documents. Has anyone else used Fluent Mortgages as their broker? If so, how did you find them? They seemed to be really pro-active with everything up until now.0

@Jen271626 they’ve asked for more bank statements they have 7 months worth now. I’ve asked the MA to push for the valuation to be done. I’m surprised the seller hasn’t pulled out to be fair i wouldn’t blame him.0

Hi guys I seen on here a few message ago about contacting the bliestone BDM that covers your region. I thought I'd call up just to get update as nor heard anything from MA. While they can't go into to much detail about your application they can see the progress and potentially heads up if any other documents need submitting before your MA gets round to telling you. Also when they request any additional info or documents they schedule a task for 2 days later to check if they have been uploaded. Doesn't always happen but they said that is normally the case2

@Jen271626. Hi no I’m Nhs staff but a single applicant. This has been going on since March now. Should I just be glad they haven’t knocked me back yet, can’t decide wether to cry or be angry!0

Thanks @Nedsawaiting keeping my fingers crossed for you as well. Looking at your timeline @chloes26 it looks as though we've got another couple of weeks at least to wait. Yours was around 2 months wasn't it?
I'm going to try and chill until I hear an update next week. Would have been great to hear an update before the weekend as we're going out and having a couple of drinks!
