Great news for you following submitting early May to bluestones. I submitted 11th May and was asked to pay valuation last week. Hopefully I hear something early next week following tomorrow’s valuation.Firsttimebuyers2021 said:Stay postive guys this are journey

Update from Bluestone asking for MORE information but annoyingly it is all information they have already got. Apparently we are at post underwrite more information and even the case manager has said this is just asking for things they already have so submitting things again with a note from her.Feels like it’s never going to happen 😣0

A hard search has been done for first mortgage on the 8th June. They already have our home report and app went in on the 11th may. What’s everyone’s thoughts could I still get an offer this week?0

Looking for some help please. I remember a few people on here you had a gift from parents and then they had to get legal advice. What did this entail please?0

You will need to get a independent solicitor (not acting for the sale of your house) to meet with your giftors so they fully understand what gifting means legally with a face to face meeting 😣. Bluestones will then requested the solicitor send a email to your solicitor to explain they have been there and they must then pass it in to bluestones. My solicitor got out giftor to sign something but not all do thisRossL40 said:Looking for some help please.
