@Jen271626 I’m exactly the same. The packager (bright star) I used advertise a ten day turnaround for each document. They had one for 10 days but then did absolutely nothing for 3 more weeks. So that’s over a month just to look at one payslip. I do feel that some of the hold up was them. I know that they eventually sent my application on may 17th but documents were then queried and resent so I can’t work out when I would be classed as fully packaged, is it when the packager submits it or when every document is checked and perfect. The MA initially didn’t seem to be very proactive and seemed happy to just wait but they are now trying to chase things up a little. I think it’s not knowing and lack of info that gets to you. You just wait and wait and wait.......0

Well my husband has torn a tendon in his arm so we wiped out the move completely. This house will be the death of me 😩. But yes all packed ready to go outJen271626 said:

I had no idea it was a ten day turaround just for the packager to look at documents, that is an absolute joke, really bad. Im actually so angry and really regret agreeing to go with them. Time is of the essence with a mortgage application thats not acceptable at all. My broker said the home report was in a queue to be looked at to see if it could be used. I presumed with Bluestone but it may well of only been Brighstar and it hasn't even been uploaded to Bluestone yet then. What is even the point in using them when they delay things so much and slow down the process. Raging.Foreverwaiting123 said:@Jen271626 I’m exactly the same. 10 day turnaround for documents with the packager is shocking! No way should it have taken so long to be submitted!Foreverwaiting123 said:@Jen271626 I’m exactly the same. well we are sending documents to our MA who either isn't giving them to Bluestone or Bluestone just aren't bothering to go through them properly. But I know who I'd bet my (hopeful) mortgage on being at fault! Either way, it's dragging on a bit.0

I just had an email from MA to pay for evaluation. This has been the longest wait. How long did you wait from evaluation to an offer?
