The process was gruelling and so anxiety provoking but our MA was amazing, highly recommend prosper protect mortgages. Also recommend contacting the Bluestone representative for your area if things seem to be taking their time, we spoke to ours and was given an offer 3 days later.

Found it !!! It’s gone to voicemail (suppose it’s after 5pm now) but that’s fab. If I don’t get an update tomorrow I’ll be on the phone 🤣🤣

Honestly don’t blame you, my partner spoke to ours who was really useful and said he would push it internally as long as our broker pushed it externally too. & 3 days later we had an offer! 
We were on a really tight ship because ours is a newbuild so well over the 28 days they expect you to exchange in!! 🙄

We got our offer approved on Friday. We are waiting for it to come via post as is our solicitor. Wonder if anyone else has had to wait for there’s to arrive via post as a lot of posts on here seem to say they had there’s emailed to them. My broker says need to wait for post

Congratulations @chloes26 and nhsrelocation! 🎉. We are using help to buy too. MA submitted application to the packager on 26/5/21. Had a request for more documents 02/06/21. Do you think it was the packager or Bluestone? Our MA said application had been submitted to Bluestone.
