So we are using HTB, we haven’t heard anything from our MA but the developer has been in touch today to say that the survey has been booked in for next week. Is this the valuation? Because we are using HTB the valuation is free. I just don’t know what’s happening 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah that's the valuation been booked so its moving forward.

Yeah that's the valuation been booked so its moving forward.

@homeownerdreams yes thats your valuation - we're in a similar position. We had our valuation nearly a fortnight ago and it was fine but still no update!

When did you apply? Hopefully you'll hear something soon.

Hope people get some positive news soon!! Sorry to hear about those having a difficult time and hope things will come good.

we have spoken to our MA today and have good news that our mortgage has been approved. Does anyone know how long it takes for the offer letter to come through or go to the solicitor?

@Cosy2020 We only applied 17th May. Only had them come back once for another bank statement but that’s been it so far. I don’t mind if there is a wait ahead of us, it’s just the silence that I’m hating/dreading! 

 What’s your timeline?

Amazing news @nhsrelocation I bet you're over the moon! 

@homeownerdreams we applied 20th April, had one query the week after submitting and haven't heard a peep ever since! Had our valuation and that's fine, just waiting to hear anything now.
