MA gave an update all is moving along nicely. He says we don’t need to do a valuation as we have provide a home report and they have checked it off and are happy with it. We had this! We provided home report and didn’t have to pay a penny for valuation or retype.

Our app went in 31st March and got offer 29th April, now just waiting on completion!

Any news on your completion? That can be just as a tough wait as bluestones offer 😂

We are due to complete on the 25th June all going well fingers crossed, it’s felt like the longest wait! 😂 How is yours going?

Aww fab news not long then. 

We complete on the 11th. Paid deposit yesterday. Bluestones have changed there deed form so we had to resign that today and had our pre completion phone call so just siting back now....ohh wait no packing and stressing myself out with a week to go 😂

Wow that is quick! We submitted on the 14/5 and found out today they did initial checks and it was passed to underwriter on 27/5 so it’s approx another 10 days due to the volume. So hard just waiting ;(

Dip 31/3, Application 10/4. It was then a long time of hearing next to nothing until it went to underwriting 2 weeks ago. Valuation was 24/5. I was always told by my broker 6/8 weeks from application. As a note for everyone, I have never had a hard search done on my credit file so don’t get obsessed with looking.

That's interesting as we haven't had any credit searches! Did you have any soft searches?

5 months is madness. Why has it taken so long? Who was your packager, could they not of forced them to speed up. I think anyone would lose a house after that long. Id imagine if Bluestone hurry up before anyone else signs to buy the house you have a chance. Sorry its taken so long, thats torture.

My MA used TFC Homes, am tired of pushing things, now today they just asked for the latest bank statements 🤦🏽‍♀️ The house is back on the market for a bigger price than before..

oh no 😩second time I’ve heard of someone losing there house because of bluestones taking so long. Have U got any chance?

The developer has sent the cancellation documents but not made the refund yet, MA suggests I hung in there and then use my offer to buy somewhere else but it’s gonna be hard. Av never known anything stressful like this.

Oh @Justine9 I'm so sorry. I thought that we couldn't port or transfer mortgages to different homes? Hopefully you can and it all works out. It's so stressful. 

Our MA told us if we wanted to wait another 6 months we could get a mortgage offer with a high street lender but our house will be ready before then. Talk about dangling a carrot! Hoping some of us get some good or any type of news today.

Yes I though u could only use offer on house that you intend to buy as that’s what the valuation etc has been done on.

Hope things come good and you or some of us get some good news or a glimmer of hope today. Its one of the most stressful experiences I have had.
