Brilliant, does that fit in with the average tiemscale you worked out everything was taking? Hopefully not too long now till you get your offer!

Have you contacted you MA for an update sometimes you have to be pushy. I ask for an update every week

I agree I emailed every other day until offer and I did the same with the solicitor until a completion date was given. 

I’m now however panicking thinking omg  what happens if the funds don’t come through to my solicitor ready for completion 😩 honest it’s never ending with worry this house buying stuff

No ours took much longer! Our application went in 9 April! Been a long wait until here! I’m having a wine tonight! Another hurdle done!

Genuinely very happy for all that have quick offers but wondering how on earth that’s even happening? I know cases are all different but as a low complex case I’ve been waiting since March. I’m expecting an update Tuesday (according to MA) which is fab but some people on here have lost houses due to wait times and others done and dusted. I think the process they use needs to be looked at. Anyway, congratulations to all that have had good news and hope those still waiting have good news soon
