I'm delighted for you all but so jealous of people getting regular updates and I hear NOTHING 😆
Have you contacted you MA for an update sometimes you have to be pushy. I ask for an update every week
Na its pointless as I just end up feeling like a pest and don't get any info just "waiting on an offer" rather than specifically what stage we are at. Im not sure even he knows so no point wasting his time asking. That home report was emailed over yesterday evening, so I know they aren't at that stage yet anyway so not anywhere near offer yet for us. Il just pass the weekend quickly with wine 🍷
Lots of wine helped me.... still is im worrying over things that don’t need to be worried about  and I’m a week away from moving 😂
I'm sure it will all be okay, can you imagine this time in two weeks being in your new home all unpacked with nothing to constantly worry about, will be pure bliss! We were having an alcohol free weekend but I need it haha.
I’m hoping to be in this time next week surrounded by boxes with out a care in the world 😂.
Aww bless you I don’t blame u have a glass, plenty of booze free weekends when your in your new house surrounded by boxes with to much to do
We don't even get the excitement of a new house or being handed the keys, we done all that ten years ago when my dad bought this place for us. Its just the happiness of knowing its ours nows and have bought it off my dad and we own it finally!
Aww what a relief thou. Will be lovely hun

Same for us! We are buying the house we’ve rented for 8 years! No stress of packing but I’ve already mentally remodeled the house 😂 will be so nice just to know it’s ours!

We were lucky and didn’t cost us a penny as my dad is in the business and called in a favour from a friend. But it can cost £100+
  • hope everyone gets some positive news this week.

I am waiting for my offer which got approved on Friday. Hoping to get contracts completed and move within 2 weeks but thinking that maybe a unrealistic timescale

Anyone on here taken out a credit card after mortgage offer but before completion? My partner has taken out a small amount credit card, needless to say I’m fuming! Anyone had any experience with this?

No experience with this however I would presume if you have your offer you should be ok? When did you get your offer and when are you completing?
