Na its pointless as I just end up feeling like a pest and don't get any info just "waiting on an offer" rather than specifically what stage we are at. Im not sure even he knows so no point wasting his time asking. That home report was emailed over yesterday evening, so I know they aren't at that stage yet anyway so not anywhere near offer yet for us. Il just pass the weekend quickly with wine 🍷Samrau said:

We were lucky and didn’t cost us a penny as my dad is in the business and called in a favour from a friend. But it can cost £100+waitingstill said:

hope everyone gets some positive news this week.
I am waiting for my offer which got approved on Friday. Hoping to get contracts completed and move within 2 weeks but thinking that maybe a unrealistic timescale0 -
Anyone on here taken out a credit card after mortgage offer but before completion? My partner has taken out a small amount credit card, needless to say I’m fuming! Anyone had any experience with this?0

No experience with this however I would presume if you have your offer you should be ok? When did you get your offer and when are you completing?_AandL_ said:Anyone on here taken out a credit card after mortgage offer but before completion?
