We had this! We provided home report and didn’t have to pay a penny for valuation or retype.

We submitted in mid-April so we're expecting an update before the 16th June I think if I base it on the average case length.

We had this! We provided home report and didn’t have to pay a penny for valuation or retype.

Don't know whether I should forward mine to my broker then and ask him to forward it to Brightstar. Obviously, id rather have the 300 and save myself the hassle. Iv not spoke with him in 8 days and always feel like I'm being a pest to him when I do 😆

Did you send them the home report? I was wondering if I should since I have it. But I asked my broker a few times if we could use it instead of a valuation and never got an answer. If we can avoid another valuation id prefer it since its me that has the stress as the buyer and of getting the place spotless for valuation when we already live here 😆

Yes I sent it with the application. I would send it definitely it will save money and time.

Our app went in 31st March and got offer 29th April, now just waiting on completion!

We are due to complete on the 25th June all going well fingers crossed, it’s felt like the longest wait! 😂 How is yours going?
