They asked for proof of deposit on Monday. That’s the only info I’ve had. Just hoping I get some news this week.

Yes it was just to book and pay for it.

Do you think this applies to new applications or current applications going through the process. We have had valuation but awaiting further news I hope the LTV doesn’t drop to 75%

I can relate to be fair, we are self employed and with the current pandemic no one else would touch us. We had no choice but to turn bluestones. Although slow they get the job done as best they can. We are now on completion for the 11th after 4 months waiting but beats rental waiting for a high street lender

It says in the article that this applies to new applications only. Basically they need to reduce the LTV so they can effectively process their current applications. Sounds like they’re so busy that they need to reduce their options. You’ll be fine 😊

It says in the article that this applies to new applications only. Basically they need to reduce the LTV so they can effectively process their current applications. Sounds like they’re so busy that they need to reduce their options. You’ll be fine 😊
