Joining all of you waiting! We went to underwriters on the 27th... anyone else go to underwriters around the same time? Judging by the website it reckons 13 working days so not including bank holidays it should be done by the 16th at the latest? Or is it really just a guideline and could be whenever... Talk about stress  :s

I wish I could tell you but I'm completely in the dark. Dont even know when my application was actually even submitted never mind what stage it is at in the process. You sound like you have a good informative packager/broker. Hope it doesn't take the 13 working days and you hear something soon 🤞

Ahhh god the whole thing is just awful isn't it. We've just had a quick look on Experian and we've had two soft searches done on the 5th of May and a hard search on the 19th May (though we didn't go to underwriters until the 27th so not sure how that works...) - Our broker is pretty good at updating us and is hassling Bluestone regularly  :D - Fingers crossed you hear something RE: your application ASAP.

After 2 weeks of providing them with the giftor deposit ID and uploading the giftor statement showing the funds being transferred across my MA had an update on the portal from Bluestones stating "all" they need is a statement from the giftor clearly showing the transfer to our account. Out MA thinks there's mis communications as we have sent them that and he is going to call them to explain. Do you think once he has called them we will have to go back into the que again or should it be quite quick turnaround

Hopefully if they have all the info you'll be able to progress forward - fingers crossed your MA can work some magic!
  • MA just advised bluestone happy with everything and sent the link for the valuation. Not sure if that’s a good thing or still more questions to come?
