just found out my valuation is booked In for 2/6/21 I’m hoping we will have some positive news. Have many people had mortgage offer pretty quickly after valuation?

Hopefully you will get an update soon as well then. Such a stressful time. Hoping things will look clearer in the next few weeks. We just want to get our offer asap

I hope U all get the results you want next week. With bank holiday weekend I know the pain u are all in but trust me it’s all worth it. Pour a large glass and try and chill

That’s great! Unfortunately we’re still waiting for an update and our valuation happened on Tuesday and we had our report back and everything was fine.

We’re in limbo whilst we wait for the stupid child benefit letter to turn up. Our case manager said it’s all still being looked at and nothing further has been asked for so fingers crossed once the child benefit letter is back with them we will finally go to valuation. I say finally but it’s not even been with Bluestone 3 weeks until Tuesday but it just feels so long!

Disney, I share your pain. We submitted same time as you as you know and they didn’t have any questions except want employers reference and we know there is a few weeks wait for them to receive this. Feels like I’m watching paint dry so going to forget about it as out of my hands and just let it run it’s course. Need to start appreciating the nice weather and freedom and not get too stuck down monitoring progress I think as it’s wasted time.

Bluestone have done another soft search on us that’s the 3rd time now. Search was made on the 28th

Does anyone know how long it’s taking bluestone to pay out after certificate of title has been sent in
