Just had a search on Experian come up today that said
“Bluesstone checked your credit report 7th May because you applied for a first mortgage account”
Anyone know if that’s a hard search? It doesn’t say.I’ve had 2 previously that said Bluestone has done a generic search. Also still waiting to hear anything on valuation 🤷♀️ I don’t think it’s even booked.Paid for 26th April 😕0 -
Should say weather it effects your credit score or not if it does then it’s a hard search.Zigzag86 said:Just had a search on Experian come up today that said

Connells did our valuation on Thursday and we need the mortgage offer in today or tomorrow or we are 100% out the game. Praying it all happens but the people we are buying from are all but pulling out at the moment.RossL40 said:Connells have been instructed to carry out our valuation today. Anyone know current timeframe when this will be carried out? Also how long from valuation to offer? Thanks
Can I ask the question, if we get the offer for the money and the house falls through, would we have to start the whole process all over again for a new house or how does it work? 12 weeks this has taken us since application.0 -
I’ve noticed a few people have said they can see bluestones current turnaround times on their website - where do you find it?0

You are so close they would be mad to pull out so close and start all over again. Can you get your broker to contact bluestone and see where they are at and convey that to them.Fesully84 said:
