Congrats on the offers! The wait is killing me - I'm constantly worrying about our bank statements, if anything new crops up on our credit report etc. Only on week 3 - I don't know how some of you did it for so long!

    Congrats on the offers!
We have had some requests for further information today. Asked what lots of customers transfers into my husbands business account was, the year house was built, and 3 months of my dads bank statements - its gifted equity so found that a bit strange but have sent it all over. Im not sure if its with a case manager or an underwriter.
  • @Jen271626 when did you submit your application? Surprised they’ve asked for 3 mo the statements for transferring of equity from your dad?

I'm not actually 100% when Brightstar submitted it. I paid their fee and my brokers fee last Monday.
  • Your a few days ahead of me, mine was Tuesday into bluestone I think, but same as you with gifted equity.

However last Monday before I paid my broker he  said Bluestone were asking for some other info - tenancy agreement, explanation for adverse credit and my dads id. So they must of had it by then.

  • Yes I had that last Tuesday as I’d sent them but needed to be on their papers so resent them Tuesday along with parents ID etc. But they haven’t come back on anything yet so guessed it hasn’t been picked up yet.
