Where abouts are you based? I'm in Scotland and a valuations already been done with home report so I'm hoping they'll just request it from shepherds rather than having to carry one out. We have lived here for ten years so I am desperate to finally own it out ourselves and start paying it off as its always been an interest only mortgage my dad had.

All agreed just waiting on written offer.

has been confirmed today that we have have past the first assessment with Bluestone and it will now be passed for a full underwriting review. Any idea on time scales guys?

Says on their website underwriting timescale just now is 11 working days.

Connells have been instructed to carry out our valuation today. Anyone know current timeframe when this will be carried out?  Also how long from valuation to offer? Thanks

Connells were instructed on Thursday for us they can't do it until the 7th June were in the south east
