Where abouts are you based? I'm in Scotland and a valuations already been done with home report so I'm hoping they'll just request it from shepherds rather than having to carry one out. has been confirmed today that we have have past the first assessment with Bluestone and it will now be passed for a full underwriting review. Any idea on time scales guys?0

Connells have been instructed to carry out our valuation today. Anyone know current timeframe when this will be carried out? Also how long from valuation to offer? Thanks0
