Oh no! It might not be 12 days, there was someone on here that thought they’d have to wait 12 days but ended up getting their offer the next week!Kb21 said:
Thought all was ok after the underwriters spoke to MA’S employee we just needed a declaration form signed.... them bam turns out no they have asked for another load of stuff.... overview for my husbands tax return (my fault as i send wrong one) another copy of a dmp in place they have misplaced it and cannot find it, they failed to realise we had savings we were using towards deposit so questioned why it was short, questioned some banks transactions. 12 bloody days waiting again 🥺 i really feel like giving up nowc249401 said:
What’s happened now?Kb21 said:We hit another snag this afternoon after MA initially said just one form was needed 😩😩 this is never ending

@Kb21 pls dont give up. We were told that's all was needed and then they queried a deposit in the savings acct. We got the offer one week after.
I believe whenever they query financials like yiurs, then they are in the final stage of underwriting
My evergreen advice is submit all they required in almost same day or one day difference and not more than that. That way, you will not have to wait 12 working days because you wont have lost your place in the queue.
Dont give up pls, it wiil surely come soon!1 -
That’s not true. It’s our third time of being asked for further docs whilst in underwrite and each time it’s been 11 working days when they have received it back the same day.Fountains_27 said:@Kb21 pls dont give up. Who knows if things are moving along it's alot of radio silence in that 11 days period. Don't give up though you will get there in the end!Kb21 said:@ianainbloom so glad u are moving along to. We should hopefully be issued a valuation today 🥺0 -
The wait is a absolute killer. Just as we see light boom something else hits.lanainbloom said:

Hi All,
I have just had a notification from my MA that we are now through the initial assessment and it is now with the underwriting team.
Does anyone know how long that process takes and could they still ask for more information?

Yes, though I think it tends to be more specific information around your circumstances they ask for now. Just supply it ASAP and be patient, it is a waiting game but you will get there. We’re just waiting for our valuation now but it’s still nerve-wracking!sonervous86 said:Hi All,

we submitted the application with all the documents requested on the 1st april, so they have already had it for 10 days, will this be included in the 12 days? My MA implied that it could be any day that we hear from them0
