Thank you for the info! Did you receive it via email directly from Bluestone? Or was it sent to your MB then to you? Many thanksF408678 said:
I received my written offer today via email, I've heard no mention of it also being posted. My solicitor was also able to log into their portal to obtain the offer and begin the next steps. I'm told they also have a back log of getting the offers out as I experienced myself, it may take a few days to reach your MB 👍🏽Hopeful89 said:Does the offer come through via email or post please?

We received our full written offer today - it was passed onto us electronically from our broker and they also post it out and have a portal where our solicitor can see it (we have sent it onto them already)

Can I just ask how long is your mortgage offer valid for? Ours is 3 months and we won’t complete for another 5/6 months is it easily extended or am I going to have to pay new fees0

Don't know if it's the same now, but mine was also for 3 months as it was a old property not new build. My offer was extended for 3 months and if I didn't complete within that time, I would have had to submit a new application.
Why are you not completing for 5 or 6 months?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -

@Kb21 any update for you? Nothing yet for me 🙈0

We are both self employed. Dip end of November, few soft searches then hard search beginning of March. Val already done and ok. Just waiting for the underwrite to be completed. Every time we’ve been asked for more info (3 times in underwrite), it’s goes back into the queue for 11 working days. So frustrating, out next review is 22nd April which will be 11 working days since we signed a form !! Feel like I’m cracking up3
