@vicki_w83 , Did your MA latest bank statement to them without asking or he keeps it with himself till they ask?

My MA keep saying dont he wont send what is not requested.

I had to forcefully send him my Bank statement for last month and payslips but he only kept them till they ask which to me is not being proactive especially when he could have added these to the docs requested
He uploads them onto the portal so when someone was reviewing it they were there instead of the delay around asking. Our MA has been amazing though and seems to work with Bluestone a lot so knows the process. I’d ask yours to upload them throughout as you know they’re going to want the latest ones. I’m sure I’ve read on here that even after valuation etc they still want to see the latest ones before they release funds!
Do you get to see the portal? I have no access to anything Bluestone . I need to speak to my MA now!!!!
No, he only tells me what goes on and when he receives feedback. I don’t think Bluestone allow you to.
  • I am curious to know if anyone had their offer and still had to wait for the search to complete..How long did the search take or did you fo straight to exchange offmter offer for old builds? Thanks

Has anyone had problems with being put on universal credit due to covid?? I’m a self employed hairdresser for the last year been out of work due to having to shut my salon because of covid in so was put on uc (obvs off it again now). This is actually going to be my husband mortgage not mine and I’m wrecking my brain thinking they will decline him because of the uc showing in our joint bank statement?
  • If this is your husband's mortgage and your income in not taken into consideration, I dont think you should worry over this. MA always said there is room to explain things when queried.

Got the offer in writing today. A few conditions but nothing we can’t handle!

Amazing news!!! I bet it’s a relief! Do you mind me asking, were you aware there would be conditions before you got the offer or do they just put them on?
