Yes it’s with the underwriters now and they will give us the decision tomorrow. No hard search yet from what I can tell but sometime Experian is slow to update.pipsinbrum said:@Kb21 how exciting. So has it been with underwriters? Have you had a hard search. I've just had to submit our memorandum of sale of our house today to confirm deposit 🤞Aww that’s good news fingers crossed for u to soon.0 -
No hoping that will be instructed tomorrow. Hopefully no other documents are needed although my MA has said he generally doesn’t know what else they could possibly what and nothing was said today over the phone between bluestones and my MA so fingered crossedlanainbloom said:

Now my worries are taking over....help... so my MA spoke to bluestones today who confirmed the underwriters will have a update with our case tomorrow (hoping to them instruct a valuation) nothing seemed to concern my MA and said nothing was raised today when he phoned... what’s the chances they will request more docs tomorrow?0

We submitted our application on 19/02/21 and have had bluestone come back 3 times now for more information. We had a hard search done on the 27/03 and a requested for my partner to sign a self employed declaration on 01/04 We have still not had a valuation done! They just seem really slow to look at anythingKb21 said:Now my worries are taking over....help... so my MA spoke to bluestones today who confirmed the underwriters will have a update with our case tomorrow (hoping to them instruct a valuation) nothing seemed to concern my MA and said nothing was raised today when he phoned... what’s the chances they will request more docs tomorrow?0 -
We haven’t been asked to sign a self employment declaration yet but I’m going to sign one and get it sent over I think. We haven’t had hard search done yet (or Experian haven’t updated it yet if they have) my MA actually spoke to bluestones today and they didn’t seem to have any concerns. We have submitted so many docs since our application went in in the 9th March.bexielou1978 said:

@Kb21 we have too. I can't ever imagine getting to valuation point 😳1

I feel your pain, our searches showed up on Experian the following day. We have sent so much stuff to them I can’t see what else they can need. I sent over updated bank statements at the beginning of the month and my pay slip. I am hoping this week we will hear something back and they request for the valuation0

Have u had no update at all?pipsinbrum said:@Kb21 we have too. This is my husbands mortgage not actually mine so it Mayb be different for a first time buyer with a high deposit.0 -
Honest it’s mind blowing Isn’t it. With it just being my husbands mortgage I’m hoping that willbexielou1978 said:I feel your pain, our searches showed up on Experian the following day. B quicker. I’ve been uploading his bank statements monthly to. We have just uploaded his new tax return so there surely can’t be anything else 😳1 -
Yes defiantly best to get this done as I'm pretty confident the document will be required at some point! I am self employed and I have taken the mortgage out on my own. My MA got me to sign several forms at initial application stage including the self employed declaration form. If you look on the bluestone mortgages forms section, the self employment declaration is there also. A prime example of everybody's case being completely different though!...I wasn't asked for one additional form or even any further bank statements after 8 weeks of my application initially going in. I had some issues with other documents in which prolonged my application but just all have faith, Im pretty sure we will all be successful !Kb21 said:
