Bluestone Mortgages

We only exchanged the day before completion because they kept requesting the same documents from our solicitor to satisfy the conditions of the mortgage. They had been sent them 3 times since 1st March. Even our MA contacted them.
Because of this our solicitor would not exchange as she had never used Bluestone before and didn't want us legally bound if they didn't transfer the funds in time.
Been on the edge of my seat all week ... but exchanged Thursday and completed Friday.
I tried to ring them myself but they will only speak to MA'S and solicitors.
Stick with it everyone and good luck 👍

Guys we finally got our mortgage offer yesterday afternoon
really really happy as the seller was going to pull out. Still anxious about the next few steps to complete.
all I can say is don’t give up and keep providing them with every document they request and keep pushing your MA.
still in shock, want to complete as soon as.
only condition is pay off credit card balance.2 -

Has anyone actually been through the process after they have checked the findings from solicitors? And then apparently people are saying they get asked for payslips? More payslips omg! What happens after that? Just wondering what is going on. As our mortgage offer lasts until 5th May0
