We have been at the final underwrite since valuation was carried to our new build house (14th January 2021) Our HTP process expires this Sunday 14th March 2021. Our MA kept coming back to us for more info needed from the packager BrightStar, ie about my job status will my post become permanent, my partner was furloughed for only 2 weeks, will it happen again etc we had to give them our HR contact details. Also we had to sign a retirement age declaration form 3 time!!! Bluestone don’t like our online signing pen from iPad we had to use biro pen (print out form, sign and scan back) total craziness. Really, really have lost the will now. Should we dump our MA and go with Simply Finance or hang on? We have been waiting 7 weeks for an offer !!!!

Hang on in there, our offer took 10 weeks. We was told that the first valuation was done as shared ownership and not help to buy and would get our offer as soon as they did a new valuation. We got our offer 2 days after this. Now we have been told by persimmons that bluestone have arranged another valuation on Monday? We're all so puzzled and so is the sales team as we've got our offer? We're having a nightmare with the solicitors now, there waiting to hear back from bluestone if what we have sent in for confirmation of paying off things which was the conditions of the offer has been accepted.. This is nearly 2 weeks ago now 🙈trying to contact solicitors to chase them up is a total nightmare, I want to contact bluestone myself but not sure if I can?citylife said:We have been at the final underwrite since valuation was carried to our new build house (14th January 2021) Our HTP process expires this Sunday 14th March 2021. From what I heard Bluestone doesn’t take calls from the buyers ... only from the packagers or MAs, solicitors usually have a legal assistant to cover their work maybe ask your MA to call bluestone on your behalf. I hope things start moving with you real soon 🙏🏽1
