That sounds super straightforward great news for you 

It really was but only because of an amazing mortgage broker. Tried simply and some others and seemed lots of barriers to get me a mortgage. He got me the same mortgage from bluestone that’s others said I’d have to wait months for. He was amazing and  didn’t cost me anything got all info needed for DIP and so thorough which meant bluestone didn’t request a thing extra from me. Very happy today yay

So we have been told today by our MA that Bluestone still have a huge pack log (roughly 17 cases around the time of our application) we have been asked to pay valuation fee today. We also got told our case would be worked on by Thursday this week at the latest. A step forward!

Fingers crossed for you, I have paid for valuation to be done to, so hopefully that will be booked soon. Keep us all updated. Mine went in 8/2 too.

Hi all just an update on my story!
Valuation paid for last Wednesday which is being carried out tomorrow.
My application went in middle of Jan.
It's the most stressful process I've been through and this thread helps immensely!
I've also heard they are very busy at the moment so am trying to be patient, however, the wait is hard!

been told today our docs sent in on the 3rd wont be look at for a further 7 days!

My application was submitted yesterday and they are giving each section 7-10 turn around 😩

Mine was submitted on Friday 26th, had an email back yesterday saying 'application has progressed to underwriting'. They said this could take another 8 working days. Such a long process but I suppose I need to be patient
