Our MA got back to us at 6pm with a list of documents they now want
sent them straight over to him so should go in tomorrow
So now another 5-9 day wait
they requested
2020 accounts and an explanation why we made so much money this year compared to last ( both self employed)
3 months accounts with utility bills highlighted
letter from accountant1 -

Your payslips should still match up with what is paid into the bank.SRH2021 said:I’m feeling so stressed today our application isn’t even submitted yet they just keep requesting more and more from us every time there’s an obstacle it seems so negative like they will have to check with their manager.
anyone have experience with wage slips different to what’s paid in the bank? They are saying it raises alarm bells but it’s because I lease a car through work and they take the amount weekly from me, which I can get a letter to prove and asked would they like one but not getting any positive answers...
We have had a few of these over the years, the car lease should show as a deduction somewhere on the payslip.
Have you spoken to your HR department to ask why it is not showing?

Nothing for lenders, but the broker will probably want as a minimum 3 months bank statements, 3 months payslips and ID.Walesgirl said:What documents are needed for a DIP?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Im not sure if that will offer anything more than your payslips, but I am sure your broker will be able to confirm.SRH2021 said:

I think generally speaking if you work for a large company everyone has heard of they may be more lenient. If you work for a small business there would be more concern that you could be working for friends/family or that the company is more prepared to just write something to help you out. It sounds like you may work for quite a large company though if they have a HR department, so you may get lucky.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Oh no I do work for my uncles company and a family friend, i have managers above me that aren’t related and the directors aren’t really involved in our day to day business but we aren’t massive we manufacture windows and doors and have for 20 years and turn over around 6/7 million. I don’t know why they wouldn’t show it as a deduction, but it worked for a colleague who leases a car through the company too.ACG said:

Bluestone can be flexible with some things, £6-7m turnover is not a small company but obviously not Tesco/Amazon either. Im not sure what the outcome will be in all honesty. On the upside, your broker has picked up on these things before your application has gone in so at least they can be dealt with early on.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
