    Hi Again everyone,
For anyone worrying, our application went in in November and we finally got our mortgage offer on 2nd February 2021. I would say that Bluestone are thorough, and they do ask for a lot of documents which sometimes takes time for them to deal with but just be patient. Our MA pulled off a miracle with my credit history, my partner was on furlough for most of 2020 and going in to this year so we are very grateful for everything our MA and Bluestone have done.

We are now due to complete on 19th March after what feels like forever  . Hope everyone else is getting on okay xx
    Congratulations! :) xx

6 weeks after our offer bluestone have finally accepted our evidence to prove we’ve paid off our debts, it was a special condition of the offer. If anyone has this in the future I recommend finding out from bluestone ASAP what they want. We’ve been back and forth all this time, they’d accept something then another person  would say actually we want more evidence.
Anyway we’re all set to go exchange and complete in 11 days time!

Just an update, we have instructed Bluestone to go ahead with the valuation but if we do get declined it won't be refundable, just thought it would shave a few days off

    Full submission 17th feb

3 days since the underwriter got the docs and the first information request for a letter from accountant confirming we run a family business.... seems bizarre but requested and returned in 24hrs. Let’s see where we go from here
