When were your batteries installed? Mine Feb 2021,  the newer batteries have smaller battery connections + and -ve than the old ones, so you need a small to larger connection to allow older batteries to be connected to newer ones. Did you get the special small to larger orange and black connectors? Also there should be a quality check report with the battery, the ones I've just got have a date of 27 Oct 2022.

So at the moment I am on all old sockets, including the recent one. Don’t know what the replacements will be - if Infinity send reconditioned or new for warranty replacement? I assume that the installers issue when they come out to replace.

as I say the battery I bought from another solar supplier was wrapped in a cardboard outer layer but no certificate or manual. But as packaging was burst then it may be on a sorting room floor

Mmm obviously been in stock for a long time, the fact you can't register it on the old app probably means it's been registered somewhere else. For warranty battery replacement from infinity you'll get the newer style batteries, as I have just received, together the old to new battery connectors and new long leads to connect to the inverter

do you guys find that solutions come from thenlux reps or is it a voicing place and still need to chase to get things done?

Yep I'm a member of that one, there are a few installers on there who receive good feedback and are willing to take on customers (free of charge) if they are having issues with the installer who put the system in, obviously lux inverters, I guess if you talk to them they may well take on installer support for your batteries.

The installers are part of the group so they will chip in to provide support to the problem raised and if they are willing to take on installer support they will say so, you can then take it from there

I am hoping, not sure if falsely, that the initial installer will come out and fit the replacement batteries, reprograming, firmware updating etc the others in stack that have not been purchased from them. Ie leave with all firmware up to date and fully functioning but I also realistically think that pigs will also fly
