and that is the thing that no one can sort…. Anyone got any contacts as aoboet emails no longer work!

My actual batteries match those settings, sorry for the confusion. My printed manual must be wrong...

On firmware, I imagine you're going to want whichever one has the more recent firmware as the master - the only way I can tell which firmware mine has is on the rare occasions the old Aoboet app works as they're registered on that. 

Maybe ask on the Facebook group as some installers are on there?

"3 batteries blew", exactly same happened to 3 of my 4. On a very windy day (think coincidence) lights dipped, I thought we'd lost grid and were on EPS. Went to check batteries 3 out of the 4 had no lights on them. After probably a week of checks by infinity they agreed to send 3 new ones to swap out. These arrived v quickly and my system is back up and running, the old battery is now the last in the stack. They all follow each other especially old one fine, and charge happily to 100%.

What does the old Aoboet app say your firmware is at? You can try the standard installersupport@infinityinnovations.co.uk, suggest also using phil@infinityinnovations.co.uk he has been the guy I have been dealing with. I've dealt with them direct as I purchased through biggreenbeard, they only do business stuff now so was told to deal direct. It took me about 2 months to get the firmware upgrade tools and got my old batteries to v1.2.2.6. which is the very latest firmware for the older batteries.

@chainreaction my installer who I have never been impressed with now has offline support- you can’t talk to them and wanted £1000 +vat reduced to £400 as customer to diagnose if it was a warranty issue. No refund if it was.  I went to infinity who kept passing me back but luckily after hours got a support technician for the heating systems and thought it was atrocious. 

so after sending videos to both parties and pushing the phone answerers and they agreed warranty and no cost visit. 

now to your answer:

My master is v1.2.9 but don’t know the other one has the aoboet app tells me I have more than 4 batteries so can’t add any more.

I did manage to get both to 99% on their own as master but not when together.

have emailed infinity about the app but maybe should email Phil. Do you know him well enough to put in a word?

I don't really know him, just he has been the guy who I've been dealing with, just like you I had to keep pestering him/infinity via email and phoning them. My old batteries were on v1.2.9 and before the 3 batteries failed I had issues with one old battery, no wi-fi. I updated firmware to v1.2.1.6 on my 4 old batteries, which caused a lot of issues. Phil then said uhome said that version had a bug, so I then managed to get 3 out of the 4 onto V1.2.2.6 (v 26 I think). The problem one wouldn't update and it caused problems with the stack. So they agreed to send a new one. I set this as master and everything then worked fine and registering the new master on the uhome app was easy and after that I could see all batteries in the stack on the uhome app.

Sorry also if you have a new battery, infinity said I couldn't register it on the old APK app, only on the uhome app

If anyone has an email for Aoboet that works it would be good to share it.

The problem I have is I purchased a new battery from who I thought was a supplier and I am dubious. It came outside its box and the case was damaged. The control front was fine and they asked me to charge it. I don’t know if I should fight the replacement or if case damage will invalidate warranty
