    Interesting. Literally just got an acknowledgment saying engineer would update :)

    3.995kWP SSW facing. Commissioned 7 July 2011. 24 degree pitch (£3.36 /W).
    17 Yingli 235 panels
    Sunnyboy 4000TL inverter
    Sunny Webox
    Solar Immersion installed May 2013, after two Solar Immersion lasting just over the guarantee period replaced with Solic 200... no problems since.

    13 Feb 2020 LUX AC 3600 and 3 X Pylon Tech 3.5 kW batteries added...

    20 January 2024 Daikin ASHP installed

    Just be wary folks that some firmware versions seem to balls things up, particularly at lower power levels, as I've seen with BAAA-1010 and one or two earlier versions.
    The current version     BAAA-1111 seems fine though, no sign of any unexpected import/export.

    Does Anyone have any ideas to why 2 x pylontech batteries would be restricting charging rates on their own,  from flat the bms says charge rate of 20a then upto 30a and only when the soc reaches about 45% does it revert back to full 50a charging.  the discharge on the lux shows the bms remaining at 50a though.
    I considered the cold but, it aint that cold at night
    all lux setting for charge is set to 100%
    temps in the inverter history data shows 16c minimum at night

    Does sound like your pylons are starting charging cold. They'll warm up as they charge, hence the increase in charge power.
    What temp is the room they're stored in ?
