I feel like I've been blacklisted. LUX aren't replying my email and chases from 2 weeks back to upgrade, and local rep hasn't replied my request either. They really need to make this a more automated process.5.41 kWp System, E-W. Installed Nov 2017

I see there's an official cable available now for monitoring Pylontech batteries although at that price, they're having a laugh.
I'll stick with my 10 quid home made job.
