What the hell. Are you serious YP?
The IT systems don't work for anyone, profitable or non-profitable customers! And has been the case all along.
If they dont make any profits then they are free to leave money business and stick to letter and parcel sending! But that is not an excuse to offer a disaster and mess of IT system in the first place.
    End of.

People who got a double £2 payment - maybe you met both old and new criteria in May and the system is just a bit haywire?
Not really because some of us received the double £2 at the beginning of May (so re April) and I certainly didn't meet the criteria for the new account requirements.  (And this month have received nothing for May despite again meeting the criteria.)

Not totally serious no but I have one PO savings account it was set up without problem, it was quite slow because I set up dds to coop, my withdrawals have always gone through without issue. So in a nutshell I am unable to agree that PO is terrible. I’ve only one account with them though unlike some of the serial moaners/abusers.

I also believe that if PO were to upgrade their IT systems to the gold standard you demand they would then wipe the existing account funding options that are a part of a bygone age and old IT systems.that many of us rely on to play our monthly cashback games.

As for the old “I’m an IT professional” schtick get off your high horse. IT ‘professionals’ are at the root of all the IT melt downs. You sound rather pompous I’m afraid.

If you dislike PO that.much go elsewhere? Why not? Oh they offer multiple DDs and deposits by debit card.
    Oh.

    Hi again Yp,
OK. Fine. I agree and see where you are coming from and you are even making me laugh (in a nice way).
Being an IT person doesn't mean anything.
I only pointed that out in my complaint as I understand a bit of IT issues and I am specifically signaling them IT issues that need to be fixed. Cannot you see this?
Showing off? Naaaah, barking up the wrong tree.
    Good nite.

My £500 deposit into easy access saver has just cleared on halifax and now showing l. When I click into it - it is using a website which does not contain the name of the bank. In the description of states something like "online/mail/phone order". The trace rewards extra not working but I take it this will work for the £5 reward given the description they've classes it as...

Hi p, just joshing you! I still remember talking to the CS guy when I was opening my account and I could hear the despair in his voice as I banged on about making several deposits per month by DD when it was much simpler to just make a faster payment. I’m prepared to cut them a lot of slack because I haven’t had any particular problem and I feel grateful and lucky they offer these multiple funding options!

Reminds me of the Jack Dee joke at the scene of a road traffic accident and he bursts through the crowd shouting stand back! I’m an aromatherapist.
