Halifax Reward Account changing to £3 charge with “lifestyle rewards”

I'm still waiting for some £2 rewards for accounts where the current offer didn't start until 1st July. Under the old terms, they should've been paid by 2nd working day.

I expect you will be waiting to eternity.  The £2 reward offer ended with that earned in May and paid in June.  The old-style account did not continue into June so there is no entitlement to a payment in July in respect of June.


I also expect that has been said elsewhere in this thread.

It did for accounts opened between 15th March and 31st May. The new offer for these accounts started on 1st July (had to ring to keep as Reward by 12th June as opposed to 15th May for accounts opened previous to this date).
