We’re offering you the chance to have one delivery every 14 days. |
Even if you are in a queue when you visit the site, it doesn’t mean all available slots will be taken by those ahead of you in the queue. You will still have a fair chance. You may not get a slot every week, but we will try to make as many additional slots available as possible. |
Seeing slot availability |
If you’ve had a recent or upcoming delivery, you may not see future delivery slots. Delivery slots will not be visible 13 days either side of a delivery, in order to manage the frequency you’ve been promised. |
If you don’t have any deliveries booked but still can’t see any available slots when you log on, it could be that you’re trying to view too far in advance, or we haven’t released extra slots yet. |

According to this -"For all remaining Ocado customers, those that haven’t received an email about priority access, we will release any remaining next day slots after 6pm (beginning Monday, 6th April). But this time may need to change in the future. Customers should go to ocado.com/coronavirus for the latest information."

Ocado Delivery SlotsI have no problem accessing the website. In fact I have over £40's worth of shopping in my trolley but when I click on "Book a delivery" it only comes up with tomorrow and the two following days and, you've guessed it, there are no slots available. It's been like this for the last couple of weeks.My local Ocado is in the east end of Sheffield so it's probably different in other areas of the country.0

Iceland are now only showing 1-3 days ahead as their entire calendar. A message alongside saying slots are being released during the day to help manage demand.
I've been saying for a while the method of releasing slots BC (Before Corona) is now gone for some if not all supermarkets.0 -
On Sunday night (1am), I managed to book a slot for the end of the month with Tesco. However, I logged in randomly after I finished work yesterday (4.30pm) and saw a slot for today so booked that and have had my delivery today (I thought the delivery charge would be astronomical but it was only £5). When I logged in yesterday, it was showing about 10 available slots for my area so I guess it's a case of trying again and again.
I'm self isolating with Mum so I am eternally grateful we were able to get a slot at such short notice. She is a vulnerable person and neither of us are going out for the foreseeable future.

All I get now is the sad face red icon saying there was an error. However when I switch to another (non delivery saver) account, it at least connects to show the (unavailable) skies and sometimes I can book with it. And pay for delivery.
It seems like they are blocking the delivery saver one for some reason. Anyone else had that?
