Hi guys - late post from me because I'm a worker again. Week 3 and I felt much better, actually got on and did actual work and it wasn't too bad. Still finishing early, today I extended my time to 8-5.

* do some sewing later when madam goes to bed
* get bags/clothes/lunches ready for tomorrow
* soak in the bath & read my book
* msg friend to see if meditation group is going ahead tomorrow
* ys vegan pizzas for teaDF as at 30/12/16

All the small things ... on some days I only do one small thing - and that is to actually go to work. Yesterday I just wanted to quit and stay in bed for a while but since that is not an option I had a long chat with my sister and I realised that while I was unhappy with my effort, my students effort and the overall thing - then there is a way forward. And to today I had a marathon supply day from 8-4 in a school, a long meeting about some extra work I am very excited about and got home at 6.30.
SO the little thing today is a NSD day and a pasta bake with about one kg of vege in it, I really need those vitamins.
Now is my break, in 45 min I have to go swimming - so I can't really eat much dinner till I get home.
Have a good week.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Debt-Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Five:❄ Check online banking. ✅❄ Alarm clock off at the wall during day time. ✅❄ Clear emails. ✅❄ WiFi Box off at the wall when not using it. ✅❄ Day 17 of 30 day Free Running Challenge. 30.3km/18.8miles so far. Delighted with our haul of Goldcrest photos. ✅❄ We had a pub lunch - chose the inexpensive items. ✅

Afternoon allBoo, it is raining againToday's list:Cooked fruit from freezer with breakfastWashing draped on airer due to the rainUsual kitchen tidy up etcMade a loaf in the BMWalked into town as I wanted to buy some frozen peppers and mushrooms in Icyland. Popped into butcher's next door and picked up one of their £20 freezer meat deals, plus 2 packs of bacon mis shapes at £1 each. OH is currently sorting through these to divide into largish flat bits suitable for sandwiches etc and small bits for soup or quiches. Will freeze most of it. We are lucky to have 2 really good butchers in our small town! And they survive, despite also having lots of supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. Supermarkets aren't that cheap for meat, the butcher can often do better price wise, and much of the meat is local, too.Lunch was fresh, warm bread with cheese and HM chutneyDinner will be pork steaks from the freezer (I think! Might be gammon I suppose
), but doesn't matter really.
This afternoon, as it is too wet for gardening, I will sort out the freezers. I have been concentrating on running them down, but it doesn't seem the right time, for various reasons, to be low on stock atm. I will compromise by separating the older items onto separate shelves and using them first. May get some stuff out for batch cooking.4 -

Just hoovered the troublesome rug. ✅❄ Dinner was chicken curry made from roast chicken leftovers. ✅❄ Today's entertainment was some more photogra-faffing. Nice 'free' haul of Little Egret and Nuthatch photos. ✅❄ Reconciled my finances. ✅❄ Read Martin's email. (Link) ✅❄ Download free SatNav update. ✅❄ Got DW to shear off the bottom of my hair. £12 saved. I wear it tied back most of the time anyway so if it's not dead straight no-one will know. ✅❄ Received refund for 4 items not delivered by eBay seller. Advertised as being a UK seller, but very obviously from overseas without a hope in Hell of delivering within the 3 days promised. ✅

How To Make Hand Sanitiser
I'm not wishing to enter into any debates about the pros/cons/efficacy/politics of hand sanitiser. I'm just putting these recipes out there for anyone who wished to make their own alcohol or witch hazel based hand gunk. (Link) 🙌
