Up to you.  Do you want a hearing in front of a judge or are you happy to have it heard "on papers?"  According to the letter, if you want a F2F, do nothing  BUT I would contact the PPC/solicitor and make sure they are on the same page.  You could try a cheeky "drop hands" offer!

We are going to see a lot more of these letters, Gladstones and the like will probably get 100's if not thousands of the same.  In a very odd twist of fate, COVID19 could see the destruction of the scam companies

Advise the court you are happy to have this adjourned until the next available date after 12 weeks and that you decline this being heard on papers.

Confirm to Gladstones of your decision giving the reason that you wish a face to face with the judge regarding the unlawful addition of £60 to their claim
Offer them a "drop hands" offer whereby they discontinue and their client bears their own costs and you in turn will not claim costs against them.  Give them 7 days to reply

Do nothing then or reply to the 'offer' telling them they have no cause of action and you will see them in court if they fail to discontinue.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Solicitor emailed...a 2nd without prejudice offer of £150 ( down from £199 last month) or see me in court beginning of June ( they obviously havent had the letter stating my case on hlld)
Honestly, you could not make this up could you

Reconfirm your drop hands offer or see you in court

Three more timewasting letters and it will be down to £0

They are such a joke but they don't understand that

Phone hearings are ok. Wouldn't do paper, unless you're in a court that is known to dismiss on the abuse of process. If you're in Manchester, no chance.

Have you complained to the SRA about the low life legals?

You have missed my point.  What the solicitor has asked for is unlawful.  They are abusing court procedures, and as officers of the court this could be contempt of court, for which they could be struck off, but only if you complain.  Please do so now.
