    No template

Its a one liner - the claimant was ordered on X date to file and serve by Y date s reply to defence. As of Z date the defendant ahs not been served with sucha reply. The D asks that the court use their case mansgement powers to strike out the claim as sanction for breach of the order.

Yes, thats their reply to defence .

what it SHOULD do is explain more about their actual claim as the usual PoC are terrible

Well, have you read it? Do you agree with it? Do you know what it says vs what your defence says? How does it stack up vs the facts? Etc
You dont take a document and not read it, thats a foolish position
As to what follows - the ENTIRE proces sis in the newbies thread, which you *must* have found by now - its stuck near the top of page 1.

OK, so why do they say 45min? Does their reply to defence give you any info as to how they achieved this?

Just received my SAR from PP...I honestly never sent this email...what do I do...btw they have blocked out the 2 lines in blue not me
Reply by email to the DPO and question the provenance of that email, as neither you nor anyone connected to you or the car sent that email and you think they have  muddled up some data from another case entirely and you intend to complain to the ICO, but are giving them a chance to admit the email is not your data after all.

Thats an autogenerated "form" email, taken most likely from a website appeals page. It could be how it feeds into their appeals logging system - pretty obvious as it goes to a "no reply"! So when you enter an appeal on the website it generates an email that goes into their appeals queue. Trust me, Ive seen rubbish interfaces like this before!
You also fairly obviously need to respond by pointing out:
    - nowhere on any appeal had you "admitted to being in the car park for the time stated" please see SAR records from X date on page Y which shows your appeal - I PRESUME YOU HAVE THIS!
    - that the form allows 1080 characters but you only used X numbe rof them, proving you could have given more detail if your template submission process, with no real oversight, had allowed it.
    - did you send that template appeal at all? You know, we dont.

What response was that? I trust it was on a DPA related matter?
So did you appeal at all? Im not going to look back. If so, what wording di dyou use in your appeal?

OK so can you find your Google Location data for that time, on that day, to prove them wrong?

OK so youre giving the DPO a chance to hang themselves. Good.
ask that, as you never sent that email - although ive told you, it was NOT an email sent by a person, it was a FORM GENERATED EMAIL that came about as a result of someone filling in a web appeal form - and those arent your details nor is it the appeal you sent, you assume you will be self reporting your data breach to the ICO?
