General form of Judgement or Order

It looks as though Premier Park are taking you to court for damages for breach of contract. It is similar to a Council Parking ticket, but by a privare company. It is all explained in the stickies. Have you not received any previous correspondence from them?
It is not a fine, it is an invoice from an ex-clamper to compensate them for the alleged harm they suffered when you did what you did. We call it a scam. Pay them not a penny unless a judge so orders it.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

IIMU that the court wants you to reply to the scammer's defence. Have you not received it?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

It means exactly what it says. PP have until 20/3/20 to respond to your defence, to state whether they wish to proceed with their claim. If they don't respond by the given date, you need to be writing to the Judge to inform him/her of PP's failure to comply with the Order. You need to be on top of this, the court won't routinely follow it up.PP have 30 days to respond to your SAR - when did you send it?
Is this thread anything to do with your other recent thread about sending a SAR? Please don't start a new thread every time you have a query, everything about the same case must be contained in one thread - please ask a Board Guide to merge the threads. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You have left your name showing on both letters!1

Depends what the information provided tells you - what were you wanting from the SAR?Nomad1967 said:Latest communication from PP and BW legal...responding to my SAR to PP and responding to my request to hold the case to BWLegal.
Any advice what to do next please?
Other than that, it's await 10th March to see if PP comply with the court order. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Your court order will tell you that , as does the newbies FAQ sticky thread post 2, have you read them ?
Reading other court case threads tells you as well , especially those further on than you , read them too
I can still see your personal details in those pictures , despite the subsequent warning

It is time they were suspended/struck off for consistently demanding unlawful amounts.Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.
