Was  it marked "without prejudice"?  If not you are able to show it to a judge if it gets to court.

I very much doubt if they could  prevent you from showing that letter it to a judge.
It asks for an amount which is clearly unlawful.  They  state it contains costs and fees to which they have no entitlemnt, read this

Yes they can.  A party cannot show WP letters except at the end when discussing costs.

Yes, as per the new template defence thread that has the wording and the three Orders/Judgments you need.

As you are already past defence stage you can use the template defence thread as a crib sheet for wording to slot into your WS and the 3 appendices would be served among your evidence exhibits.

Today is D-day for them to file a reply to your defence, check tomorrow with the court, if they haven't, write to the Judge to inform that BWL have failed to comply with the court order.
The letter you've just received about suspension of processing is somewhat irrelevant as your boulder is already rolling down the mountain beyond a point where even if BWL wanted, there's not much they can do (other than discontinue - which might come very shortly) to stop proceedings now.

Yes they can.  A party cannot show WP letters except at the end when discussing costs.

But the WP letter makes unlawful demands.  I do not see why a D cannot ask the judge if he is prepared to read it.
