I have had 5 private accounts with the 'invite' now. I have switched 3 but will leave the other 2 as they are only used for buying. All mine were update by 31st May so looks like the big roll out is underway. Let's see if there are any FVF offers for the weekend now.
Not betting any chances haven't had any since 19th March that's before I was on mp haven't had any since.

A question for those who have already switched to the new system.  As it now takes some days to actually see the sales money in your bank account, do you send out the goods before seeing the payment or advise buyers there will be a delay so you get payment first?  Is it worth adding a sentence to listings to say goods only sent once payment is in your account?  I’ve resisted changing so far!

I send the goods out before I actually receive the money.

What you could do, instead of stating that there will be a delay whilst waiting for payment, is to alter your dispatch time to allow for the delay. It usually takes two days to receive the money, so just add two days on. That way, buyers know how long they will have to wait BEFORE they buy your items. Buyers rarely read the descriptions anyway, so this would possibly be a better way of doing it.

Finally got an offer of 80% off final value fees but have to pay the 30p transaction fee as well. Definitely tied to managed payments as the email said that you couldn't get the offer unless on managed payments

I have never waited to physically have the money in my bank account, I currently have a 2 day dispatch showing  to cover myself against slow post, but always ship same or next day. I have not altered my practice at all, I get told I have been paid (and now it is easy to see it in the account summary and I just ship.

If you want to delay then reset your dispatch times to allow for it, if you leave the dispatch time quick in order to attract buyers but start over running that when shipping - your late defects will cause your account to be restricted.

Same as with PayPal I send within two days of when I get the email stating the buyer has paid.
I only withdrew money from PayPal every few weeks and I always tried to leave some in PayPal to cover the eBay fees that sometimes took months to be invoiced depending on the timing of the sale.
Now eBay take the fees first and send payment to my bank every Tuesday, no more having to check and withdraw from PayPal (I may even close PayPal, already removed all bank and card details).

I never waited until the money was in my bank to post and I'm not doing it now.

I have this offer today too.  It's for 100 listings.

Can anyone tell me how long after I update to managed payments I have to use the offer? Thank you

If you look at the Email it states

Better hurry! This offer is only valid until Monday. Cash in on your old faves and make some extra cash. Valid on up to 100 listings.

This offer excludes a 30p order fee.

Thanks for the info. It came to my phone, not an email yet and I've just checked - no mention of dates or times. I often get the email later.
