JUST what we need!PigpenWhich area is this ^^^ please?
They are in Lincolnshire.. The colleagues son had been touring in northern Italy, he flew home and spent 24+ hours with the colleague and was admitted to hospital the following day. fortunately it was half term as the colleague works in a school so no children were in contact so it hasn't been closed. The colleague has not shown any symptoms and is quarantined now but she was at work for 2-3 days after spending a day with her sick son.. Must suck though, your son in hospital and you can't even visit

Fishtank sprung a leak this morning (I suspect it may have been Dot related!) so I have 80L of water on my kitchen floor.. Sarah was rescued and is merrily zipping about in a pink plastic stacking box.. the kittens think she is wonderful.. the box has a lid!
New tank ordered I am just hoping it is adequate.. it's a cheap one from Argos and I'm not convinced it is much good fortunately I had £100 stashed for Dots assessment so I used that.. and I am going to fling stuff at ebeast to get that built back up I think.. that is my job for today.. 10 things on ebeast.. I've not put anything on for a while so I need to do that anyway.. see if I can clear another box off the landing.. though I could probably list half of Twinkles clothes because she seems to have had a big growth spurt and pretty much skipped 2-3 size and wearing 3-4 now.
Off for a shower.. after another cuppa..

If you want a slinky buddy asb I'm here. I desperately need to get on track - I've been fat and forty and fat and fifty, I'll never be slim, but I can be slinky at sixty. Which gives me six months to MAD. And then ten years to keep at it and be slinky at seventy too.Deleted_User said:Morning all. Slinky back in here I've gained 2 stone 😢
so I am fasting until lunch today.I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.9 -
Apologies to Dot.. the fish tank had cracked after the heater had exploded.. fish safely placed in her new watery home with 2 woodlice (They were in the hose when we were filling it up and I couldn't get them out)
Kittens broke a melamine bowl so thats been flung.. I didn't get the ebeast stuff listed yet either.
I developed a headache so I drugged that and a cold which thinks it might be developing.. and then I was just dopey.
I've got 2 wash loads done and one lot hung up and another in the dryer.
Sending OH off the tip tomorrow.. a fish tank and some old oil.
I do have 3 large boxes I am going to fill with items to leave the house though.. one thing at a time..

Hi all, have not been around much, missing you all. DS has been in hospital a lot and after he had a very emotional meltdown he begged me to stay in hospital with him, so that's what I have been doing. DH has surprised me by keeping things reasonably clean and tidy at home, but now I am back it seems that its my job again! What with juggling hospital and work I am really tired but the end is in sight, the last cycle of chemo will be done by 9th March if everything goes to plan. I am another who has put weight on, once normal life resumes I must get back to the gym!10

Morning all
I am going to fly today. Also joining you for slinky, I'm Mademoiselle, 73 kilos, and want to be 65. My weakness is red wine and cheese, and afternoon snacking if I don't eat lunch. Real problem is I don't move enough. So going to up the activity level by getting this house sorted.
Pellet stoves reloaded and on, breakfast eaten, radio on so no excuses.
