Morning all. Slinky back in here I've gained 2 stone 😢
so I am fasting until lunch today. Have asked a friend to have kids for an hour on Saturday so I can have a bit of time alone otherwise I have none at all evenings and weekends.

Morning xx
If you want a slinky buddy asb I'm here. I desperately need to get on track - I've been fat and forty and fat and fifty, I'll never be slim, but I can be slinky at sixty. Which gives me six months to MAD. And then ten years to keep at it and be slinky at seventy too. Easy to write, not so easy to implement - maybe I should just tape my mouth shut at 6pm as it's all the crap I eat in the evenings which is my major downfall. Sparkly line in the sand and starting again.....now!
I forgot - I'm only at the paid stuff until 12.30 todayWe are all tetrising to fit in our Annual Leave before the end of March. I have a week and a day booked off in March, so just using up the oddments this month. I'll be able to fly later
oh my - I'm actually looking forward to coming home and WUDUPA.
Ooo and if I call in at Mr C00p and buy some bathroom cleaner I can clean the bath too - thank you Goodi - my bathroom is very grateful to you lol.
Take care

ASB, Round I am with you for slinky. Weight is slowly creeping back up and my back feelsit. I have a disc problem which causes pain in my hip and the moment I get over a certain weight is hurts. So a great reason to lose weight but do I listen to my body, like heck! I really need to up my activity (don't like the word exercise). To be fair yesterday I did walk the last 1000 steps around the living room whilst talking to DD2 just to hit 10000.
Change of plans here, it was snowing this morning so not going to the shops (currently driving convertible sports car) until this afternoon when hopefully the roads will be better. So better get on with cleaning this hovel up a bit
Clean sheets put on the bed last night
Up and dressed in cleaning clothes so no excuses not to do messy jobs
Bed made, clothes picked up
DW emptied
Pellet stoves on
Now having porridge and coffee so hopefully that will last me through the morning.
Breakfast is a dilemna for me, I only eat it when I have a slightly later start, when I do I don't eat any less at other times of the day. Low carb diet works well for me but my digestion really appreciates porridge in the morning.
See you later, (dashes off upstairs to get more laundry, having put fitbit back on to not miss any steps)

I'm trying really hard to get back with the slinky.. I've kept off the 4+stone I lost but I REALLY need another stone off to be a reasonable (not a fatty lumpus) sized person.. I'm an evening shoveller too.. and fruit just really doesn't cut it.
WM on with yesterday oily clothes.. I went up to bed at midnight and the bedroom smelled so bad of oil as OH had left his stinking oily clothes on the floor .. no way I could sleep in that.. I poked him and asked him to move them so I could go to bed.. and he ignored me.. so an hour later hwn eI was so tired I just wanted to cry I had a massive strop and made him shift them.. there was no arguing or reasoning with me at that point but who in their right mind leaves such stuff on the bedroom floor! That is now washed.
DS done a bit of a clean apparently. unchecked as yet.
DS3 has been pointed at cat litter.
Meem is getting food and will have a Henry pointed at her.. I want the stairs and hallway and front room and landing sucking clean.. so she can do that.
I will have something looking better in here today and I will NOT be the one doing it.
1:42.. riiiiight....
Cuppa (meem just made one) and then fold washing, or some of it.. I'm not sure my body can do much more.

Afternoon all,Well I got home from the school run, and the rug that I've been endlessly cleaning over the past couple of days was hanging on the banister, and you can see brown marks on it now that it has finally dried. It still stinks, so I've had to cart it outside as it was making the whole house smell. Luckily, I've just phoned DH and the new rugs are ready and in his car, so will be able to throw the old rug away.Have been into town to buy birthday gifts for DS1's friend and bought Greggs for DS2 and I for lunch. 😋 Unfortunately, just as we were about to get to our car, my Mum phoned to tell me that she'd just received a call from the doctor to say that my Nana probably doesn't have much longer to live. She is 103 and has had Alzheimer's for a number of years, so is in a nursing home. We're going to all go when DH gets home from work to say our goodbyes. I was initially in two minds about whether to go, as she'll likely be asleep and my last visit was fairly positive as she was cheerful, holding my hand and saying how she thought that we would be great friends. However, I'd feel awful if I didn't let DS1 say goodbye (DS2 is too young to understand still), and my Nana did have a couple of moments where she said she's frightened, so I'd like to reassure her again in case she can hear me. So sad, but also a blessing in a way if she does just go in her sleep.Flying wise, I've done a load of washing and hoovered the downstairs, cleared the worktops etc.

Well today didn't quite go as planned. Started tidying kitchen but then got a message from a very good friend who I also work with saying that she was going into work to prepare for next week and did I want to meet her for coffee. She has lots going on in her personal life and workwise too as we have one of our colleagues who is quarantined so we are one short when we go back next week. So I went in, helped prepare and then had lunch, coffee and set the world to rights!
Back home now having picked up dry cleaning, ordered a new tag for the cat's collar and done the shopping.
TD on.
Going to put the kettle on, anyone fancy a brew? (Best tidy some stuff away whilst I'm waiting for the kettle to boil)
